- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
- Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
- If the product arrives damaged or an incorrect item is sent, return shipping costs will be covered by our store.
